Refund and Cancellation Policy

This website is owned and operated by ​Ecomlad, LLC. (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).

This Disclaimer, along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, governs your access to and use of Ecomlad.com, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through Ecomlad.com (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user.

Please read the Disclaimer carefully before you start to use the Website. By using the Website or by clicking to accept or agree to the Refund and Cancellation Policy when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the Disclaimer. If you do not want to agree to the Refund and Cancellation Policy, you must not access or use the Website.​

Our company relies on this Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. When a customer contacts us by email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service for the customer of the product that the customer purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or a cancellation may be processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A customer may cancel a product with a recurring billing subscription at any time from the Account Dashboard. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer’s account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund – it will only stop any future payments. If you used Paypal you will need to cancel your recurring payment from the recurring payment tab (personal account).

If you sign up for Ecomlad and find that it’s not a perfect fit, please send a cancellation request by email to support@ecomlad.com from the registered email address. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer’s account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund – it will only stop any future payments.

If you request by email to cancel your subscription, we will need the following information to send in your cancellation request at support@ecomlad.com: your billing information (name, transaction ID, etc.), email address, login name or email address of the registred account. If the information requested is not provided, we can not proceed to cancel any subscription or membership.

If your cancellation request comes from the email address other than registered email address we will ask you additional information including but not limited to: registered email, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date etc. If the information requested is not provided, we can not proceed to cancel any subscription or membership.

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy for all Ecomlad products is as follows: 

Customers requesting a refund after expiration of the return period set forth in the applicable Refund Policy will be required to work directly with the technical support or customer service.

Our customers have direct control over their membership and can change the status of their subscription at any time.

Ecomlad LLC. cannot be held responsable for the financial situation of its customers as they should know if they can afford or not our services. That being said, refunds are NOT possible after purchasing one of our services, using the digital data and then claiming that you can’t afford it anymore or that the money could have been used somewhere else.

Ecomlad LLC. cannot be held responsable when the customer claims that he wasn’t aware of the terms of a subscription/service. The terms of our services are present at the account creation and at the checkout page, therefore you are informed from the beginning and creating an account with us represents your acceptance of the terms presented.

Ecomlad LLC, cannot be held responsable for the fact that the customer doesn’t cancel his subscription on time or forgets about it or does not use our services anymore. In this cases a refund is NOT possible.

Furthermore, there cannot be any refunds for the 3 Days Trial Memberships of 2.99$/3days, since that is a trial period which our customers can cancel at any time to avoid further charges.

REASONS A PURCHASE MAY BE REFUNDED

Ecomlad has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and service. To promote customer satisfaction, our company reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:

If the customer applied for the membership, but didn’t log into the account to use the digital data;

If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;

In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, PayPal terms of service, U.S. law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents. Customers requesting serial or repeated returns may be blocked from making further purchases using the Ecomlad services.

If your refund request is granted by our sales team, the transaction will typically be processed within 10 days of receiving it. The refund for the net price of your claim will be processed through the same method as the original payment.
